it's sad but the issue about fibre theft isn't outsider operation but insider operation. it is their field-line engineers who does that operation. I am saying because of my past experience working with one of the telecom in G ...

it's sad but the issue about fibre theft isn't outsider operation but insider operation. it is their field-line engineers who does that operation. I am saying because of my past experience working with one of the telecom in Ghana. The field engineers steal those cables and sell them, and i have been a witness on several occasions but had no right because i was an intern telecom engineer. what they kept saying is, its not my mothers company so if MTN is facing such problems, please they should start their investigations from within because the ordinary person can not even identify fibre cable much more a 100 per twisted cable. Hope my information will be helpful
