THIS IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF A VERY VERY MISMANAGED SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE ---INCLUDING A MISMANAGED SITUATION OF GETTING STATUTORY PAYMENT IN ARREARS!!!!!!

WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!!!!!!THERE SHOULD BE "A TAKE OVER" FROM THIS IRRESPONSIBLE GOVERNANCE THAT IS BREAKING ALL CONSTITUTIONAL LAWS OF THE COUNTRY!!!!!

What goes on in this country is unbelievable. Nothing seems to work alright in Ghana. There is no direction, control or laid down policy blueprint to follow. Any idiot from the administration can jump off his head to initiate anything for the country. The sad part is we tolerate this nonsense till it reaches total points of destruction. I have never known any country as dumb as Ghana Ghana. We sit and watch idiots waste our resources with impunity. The AG's office which must curb all these inequities is completely lame and clad in political garments of the idiots mismanaging affairs of the country. Democracy is a bitch at times !

Sadly, I can't trace any of the correspondences between him and the GHA over this matter.

Any advice? I want to sue GHA.

The Regional Ministers should begin to crack the whip against all DCEs, who have not been on top of all the pertinent issues within their Districts. This 'baby-sitting'of appointees, has got to come to an end!
