  It is supply and demand. Various governments have paid lip service to housing delivery in the country. The government must rather concentrate on housing delivery and all these will come to a halt

  EVEN MAHAMA CHARGES DOLLAR RENTS DENOMINATED IN CEDIS, SO WHO ARE THEY FOOLING.
  
  GOOD LEADERSHIP AND EXAMPLE MUST ALWAYS START FROM THE TOP BEFORE IT TRICKLES DOWN TO THE BOTTOM.
  
  EVEN GOVERNMENT PAYS USDOLLARS FOR OFFICE BUILDINGS RENTED BY POLITICIANS AND OTHER GHANAIAN "LEADERS".
  
  GHANA SERIOUSLY NEEDS ANOTHER BLOODY REVOLUTION TO CHECK THESE NAKED ROBBERIES AND EXPLOITATION BY GHANA'S SUCCESSIVE LEADERSHIP.

  One of Ghana's WEAKEST points are ENFORCEMENT. Our system is broken because we pay a lot of lip service and yet do nothing. Progressive economies know the value of enforcement. It provides jobs for the youth and also ensures that business practices are adhered to. What do we see in Ghana, we have men and women appointed into positions, yet what they do is collect bribes from businesses and allow the country to suffer. If we are serious, enforcement, we should start at our hotels, restaurants, abattoirs, etc for pest infestation, pharmacies and drug stores fore fake drugs illegally imported and sold in the country. These kill and have to be in priority.

  Ghana is fast becoming a nation ruled by idiots and imbeciles. This idiots spew out their idiosyncracies because they assume all Ghanaians are fools. When people import stuff into the country we charge the duties in U.S dollars before it is converted back into cedis at the prevailing exchange rate, but we expect the importer not to calculate the sale price in dollars then convert to cedis using the same government method thereby loosing money when they are ready to import again. When the person goes to import they pay for the goods in foreign money at the source but these fools in power do not see it prudent for the importer to make a little bit of profit...
