Nonsense. I don't think the girl was a victim. If she was a victim, she would have shouted or at least responded when the door was knocked. Please don't trust girls of these days.
What if her mouth was covered? An adult who defiles a teenager automatically faces a jail sentence whether consensual or not fool! You think Ghana is a lawless country ofui.
That was not the first time. It was a regular something between then. Only the guy was not lucky that day and was spotted by other people who informed the girl's parents. Hard luck. But next time he should look for proper one ...

When someday your daughter is being defiled then you make this stupid comment okay...Nonsense...think twice before you comment on defilement issues.
The defilement is 12 yrs and infection of the vaginal disease is additional 8 years giving him a total sentence of 20 years.
