it is unfortunate that the police and journalists would slander an entire profesion by putting out false information. it could have easily been verified from korle bu or the medical and dental council that this alleged rapist is not a doctor. very lazy work. and sham on all those who insulted and viliied doctos for no apparent reason. to the public, there are many imposters out there pretending to be doctors, prescribing mdications, carrying out abortions and all sort of things. be weary of them. most doctors do not brag about their profession and are too busy to go out chasing young girls. if he says he is a doctor but is nevr on night duty and always has time to spend with ou, he is likely to be lying. let us safeguard our selves from these imposters and leave the real professionals to safeguard our health.

Admitting sexual intercourse without forensic evidence and or affirmation of your client to the police of an intercourse is malpractice. Ghana, hymen was torn means the man raped her? Wow! While I do not condone this despicable act if true, I have serious issues with the loopholes described here which could create reasonable doubt.
