  China is the country to deal with in this 21st century. Africa, for that matter Ghana has a lot to learn. The Chinese are hungry to making their country numero uno, and we are also hungry to develop our infrastructure. Mr President, please take advantage of China's expertise. When our roads, bridges, harbors etc are in good shape, Ghanaian business people will rise up to the occasion.
