A citizen should sue her if the government will not do it. Woyome will eventually sing, after he realizes that none of the accomplices will come to his rescue. NDC is not thinking about what could result from any of their criminal activities when they are not in power.

Since the legislative body is useless, the only other avenue for accountability is the judiciary. The minority could use the law courts to stop the corrupt activities of the government.

In Egypt, the trials are swift and there would not be any delay whatsoever . NO FAVOURITISM.

The ATTORNEY GENERAL ( I know you very well. You are a respected woman of integrity) should act swiftly to hold on to her integrity and leave the matter to our seeming corrupt judges to battle with.

The judge who initially ruled in this matter, should have realized that there was no documents approved by Parliament attached to the documents laid before him and that the whole process was illegal and therefore null and void.

He/she cannot tell Ghanaians that he did not know; this is a constitutional matter and as a judge he is expected to know all the provisions in our 1992 Constitution at the back of his hand.

Because he acted in a laicasidical manner it has caused Ghanaians a lot of time and money and therefore this is how far he has brought us.

She proved to be the most "useless, reckless and irresponsible" AG ever in the annals of our history.

That said, Woyome will not refund the money and I dare anyone to prove me wrong. Why did NDC accord him with the title "Party Financier"? He funded most of their campaign and built an office for them so, the question is, why do we think this government will force Woyome to pay the money into our coffers? Tofeakwa. It will never happen. The top court had ruled in favor of the nation but who is going to enforce the payment?

Whatever she sought to portray by that political stunt was nothing but a demonstration of myopia, foolishness, weakness of mind, lack of purpose, plain thievery and the sheer audacious attempt to court public sympathy for her crass incompetence and stupor. It was a show of shame. And all this from a so called 'international lawyer'. What a FAT JOKE?????
In fact this lady and the likes of Barton- Oduro should be prosecuted for their financial crimes and impropriety against the nation.
It beggars belief that Barton- Oduro the biggest thief in Ghana sits comfortably in the legislature as a deputy speaker -the cheek of it!!. Ghana has indeed gone to the dogs. Is it any wonder the likes of Okujeto Ablakwa and Fifi Kwetey hold office as ministers of state?
I strongly support this call for prosecution, but will certainly not bet my pound on it. Because I am not unaware of the fact that the man whom she is married to as a fourth wife has weight in the NDC.
I am so infuriated and disgusted, I need a drink. After all this is Ghana where mediocrity and miracles are the order of the day.

We have to let the Law of the Land work for all equally.

It is most tragic that many of our Officials take us for granted and assume that they are the ones that call the shots and the rest of could go to hell if we do not like how they handle or perform their duties.

At this point in our Nation's travail, I do not care what Party someone belongs to when he or she engages in corruption or fraud. That person would have to go to jail for a long time and made to cough up all the misappropriated Funds plus interests.

I have not abandoned my quest to see perpetrators of massive frauds or corruption taken to the Hague, either. They commit crimes against Humanity by those actions which indisputably lead to needless fatalities, or rob our young opportunities to succeed in life as those thieving Officials had.

We should not rest our oars yet, with the end of the Woyome saga. We must press on to retrieve all lost Funds. Better forensic investigations to track the final destinations of various Funds must be employed. From the Drill Ship sale to Isofoton; from GYEEDA to SADA; from the sale of Telecom to that of Ashanti Gold, which we managed to retain part of. All the negotiations leading to their sales or loss of massive funds must be vigorously resurrected and exhaustively investigated. No doubt they made some undeserving Officials filthy rich.

So long as we fail to enforce our Laws, especially the Constitutional requirement of MPs and other Government Officials to declare their Assets before taking up and after leaving their posts, we would continue to be milked with impunity by these kleptocrats.

I cannot even fathom why the GRA does not audit these folks when they overnightly wake up as Billionaires. In the USA, any acquisition by anyone beyond their known financial capacity is promptly investigated by the IRS and if that transaction is found to have been illicitly sourced, the person making that purchase is taken to Court. Even cash payments to Businesses beyond a certain limit is reported to the IRS.

In Ghana, it is "Abomu ama me" (I hit a jackpot). Yeah, when we beat the System with con craft to enrich ourselves, we consider that a big jackpot. So, folks clamor to make the necessary connections not to seek legal opportunities but dubious ones to break the State Coffers; a jackpot indeed!

Sadly, with the collaboration of their kleptocratic Civil Servants, including even State Attorneys, to cover their behinds, these folks succeed in their quest very easily.

How could any Country advance with that kind of pervasive corruption? And these are the folks who want us to see them as most enlightened among us.

How many of Nkrumahs Ministers did you personally, without the instruction of your slave-masters, identify to be rich and criminal? And what exactly was the nature of the crimes that made them rich?
