The court had ruled in favor of the nation and the question that should be asked is when is Woyome going to pay the money into the government coffers?
Who in Ghana or what law enforcement agency is going to force Woyome to pay the money? The ruling party is lodged deep inside Woyome's pocket and I will dare anyone to challenge me that he will pay the money. Woyome will not pay a pesewa today or tomorrow and NDC will not act in anyway to collect the money. Why did they accord him with the title "Party Financier" and for what reason?
Imagine those who helped Woyome duped the nation; Betty Mould, Alex Segbefia, Barton Oduro, Newman Martey or whatever etc. These people are power in the current government and whatever they say is written with an indelible ink. We should think twice before feeling happy.

Rawlings 'the righteous' and all the thieves who have stolen from poor Ghanaians must be ashamed for this.After all the accusations of Rawlings against Kuffour,it is confirmed by the Supreme Court that Rawlings party was financed by stolen monies which is supposed to build hospitals,schools and the roads of Ghana.Mahama,Rawlings and all the party members must bow their heads in shame.Atta Mills will surely have to explain to his maker why he fired this hero of a man called Martin Amidu who is not only a patriot but also a fearless fighter for the poor Ghanains

Where as it is a surprise to us it is fortunately a normal thing in this part of the world(Europe ).
It does not mean that people are not corrupt but rather if you are caught t goes with consequence ,so they better don't attempt.
In as much as the money will retrieved the culprit should be punished to deter others.

Isn’t it a bit rich of Martin Amidu over a matter that he was the chief culprit and only turning round to find fault with it after he had been dismissed for insubordination.Most of the judgement debt was paid under Amidu and hullabaloo surrounding Woyome seem to have drown that truth.
The SC court was asked to review the contract based on procedural impropriety and the sc found that defect.One would have thought that the sc would rather ask parliament to to complete the due process since the contract has been partially executed and therefore any contrary decision will breach the notion of fairness.
The SC should have taken into consideration the MOU which made the contractors to undertake a partial performance of the contract and reflect in their ruling.As it is,any accusation of breach of natural justice and fairness will hold.It looks like a political decision and undue influence by the public has won over justice and the right of the individual.
