  Both NPP and NDC leaders should be careful because if there is a coup they will all suffer seriously. They should not think that there will be no more coups so they can do whatever they want. They will be shocked sooner or later and they will be surprised by the amount of support the masses will give the coup makers. The earlier they change their ways the better it will be for all Ghanaians because we don't need any coup to solve our problems.

  Ever since this gentleman walked into the oresidency, he seems to have left the nations juicy institutions into a syndicate in which he benefits directly and indirectly. His ministerial appointments, board representatives, contract awards, sale of national accets, etc. He has supervised the systematic breakdown of all social services which would have aliviated the suffering if the people. Talk about NHIS, mass coacoa spraying, microcredit scheme, school feeding, free maternal health care, etc. Now TOR. His leadership has been overrun by mediocrity. Yet his agents are crying for he being refered as clueless and incompetent while they cannot identify a single successful government social program since 2009. We are dead than alive.

  As long as Managing Directors are employed according to their political influence instead of their qualification, we can increase fuel prices a thousand-fold and still call for Government to bail out.
  Accountability seems to have limits

  The resuscitation of the economy starts with TOR and the processing of our own crude oil . We do not need any fancy economics to confuse the citizens. The game is up and the President should do the right thing by letting TOR operate efficiently. The nation would benefit greatly from lower prices of fuel and energy . We would make enormous savings from the by-products like bitumen and lubricants. If the President would want to side with the party financiers who have placed a stranglehold on TOR and GNPC and are holding the nation to ransom, he would soon discover that the people have abandoned him. The oil barons are not nationalists . The President must learn his lesson from the way they disgraced his government by holding back supplies in demand for their money.

  There are many fields where Ghana lacks the needed expertise. To solve this problem the government of Ghana has over the decades made scholarships available for the needed human resource to be trained abroad. In some cases so many people were sent and not even one returned. If you know you are not prepared to work and live in Ghana and would therefore not return do not take the scholarships.
  
  The Takoradi Poly Students who were sacked for applying with fake certificates must be prosecuted in a court of competent jurisdiction. Just sacking them is not enough.
  
  Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.
  
  Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.
  
  Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

  Our politicians are university graduates and so are ignorant and not scientifically and technologically minded. If they were, they would have revived Tema Oil Refinery to produce cheap Bitumen for our roads to save a lot of foreign exchange and develop the petrochemical industry. This would have made roads between district capitals to be tarred whiles roads between regional capitals would have been asphalted. This can be achieved within 2years if only we are serious.

  It is a pity we have this envious asset in Ghana - TOR, but we are not harnessing all its benefits. The way forward for Africa's development is through Regional Integration. If we think beyond the Ghanaian borders, TOR could become a Regional Oil Refinery Hub for many African countries that produce oil now. This approach will make TOR more profitable to run as a company and spur economic growth within the ECOWAS subregion

  The Blackman has got a problem. When I heard this first in Europe I thought it was racist. I saw it as the white man being racist they do not respect the Blackman, that they are bigots and supremacists.
  However I considered it carefully and came to the conclusion that it is the nature of the Blackman. Greedy, lazy, jealous and it becomes foolishness and stupidity.
  Few examples: The video of our football executives trying to throw matches, Ghana at 50, Brazil, South Africa world cup now Ghana at Scotland and so on. When I went to work following some of these issues, It highly embarrassed me when some of my colleagues started to talk about the issues listed above. You will see that it is the fault of the Blackman. We have a certain way of thinking that should be purged. Please do not be emotional about this but lets have a well analysed conclusion to these problems. THE BLACKMAN IS STUPID. And I am one.
  When we get a position in our work places in Europe, what happens. I have worked in places that black people become bosses and everything go haywire. Nothing has changed but it is only because there is a Blackman at the helm of affairs. These are professional jobs anyway. The white man is also corrupt but there are some things that they will never do. Such as destroying everything in their way for their own personal gain. They also take the brown envelop, dodge taxes and so on but will never do anything to destroy UK for example.
  THE BLACK MAN HAS GO A PROBLEM. Consider it carefully not emotionally. I rest my case.

  sell it to anybody but an african and they will be jobs,,even Delta airlines bought a failed refinery in usa, injected money and turned place around to produce lots of jet fuel to save them money and boost their profits
