  Government and social planners in Ghana - are as ignorant and inept as those in the U.S.
  
  Trying to bring the 'cost' down does TWO negative things: 1. It NEVER brings the cost of housing down and; 2. The effort to force costs down negatively impacts jobs and salaries.
  
  The more bureaucrats try to manipulate 'costs' - the more they 'screw up' the economy.
  
  Capitalism REQUIRES government 'clowns' stay out of the economy.
