It is therefore my understanding that it is exactly what is being happening here.
What pollster Ben Ephson is advocating or suggesting is completely unprofessional, and I wouldn't rate him a cent or a nickel.
If there happened to be a Candidate that could pull a little over 40% closer to Nana's I would call that Candidate a "winner". But that wouldn't happen!!!
