Inadequate district medical doctors impedes healthcare delivery

  you cant Force them to go where they dont want to . create attractive locum slots in these areas.and there shall be queue of doctors. . or number of doctors e.g 6 doctors form a group and rotate 2 weekly,ie 3 work together ...

  you cant Force them to go where they dont want to . create attractive locum slots in these areas.and there shall be queue of doctors. . or number of doctors e.g 6 doctors form a group and rotate 2 weekly,ie 3 work together in districts, for 2 weeks and get 2 weeks break where they can do whatever private locum and personal thing anywhere. during that time other 3 doctors are working. rotation goes on and on pay negotiable.
