Carefully examining her judgement of the 'PINK SHEET SAGA'you can only say her's was a herd mentality syndrome, HMS. She is in no doubt one of those who allowed their affiliation with KRONFUOR to cloud their judgement.
Any wonder she is running away??

Absence of Signatures of Presiding Officers. Now that she has retired as a judge I pray that in her constituency the presiding officer will not sigh the pigshit in 2016. The results will be cancelled and she will be asked to go and queue in the sun and vote the second time. The officer refuses to sign again and she will repeat the exercise over and over again until the presiding officer signs. The sins of the presiding officer shall be visited on her frail body until she drops exhausted.

Her thoughts/statements were so skewed, one could easily tell how she was going to rule in the Election Petition.
No level headed Ghanaian is ever going to miss her. I hope the government replaces her with a competent jurist not another stooge/rubber stamp like Kuffour did.
For goodness sake, there should be NO REPLACEMENT! Ghana has too many SC judges, they should be pruned to 5 or 7 at most. Period!

Presenting both positions side by side could have helped the readers reassess the verdict in all fairness. It seems, however, that the Daily Guide only wanted to present the rationale that favored its own position on the case. That is not candid Journalism. In spite of Media's respective Political leanings, in serious cases like this that affect the very foundation of our Democracy, the Media owe us the responsibility to be honest and fair and objective.

The 2012 election petition is a vivid example of how the courts are not interested in the truth. Take the case where presiding officers failed to sign the pink sheets.
These presiding officers are real persons who can be called and asked to explain why they didn't sign but the court was not interested in that. Remember, the law says the presiding officer ''shall'' sign the pink sheet but the law does not say that pink sheets not signed by the presiding officers are invalid. The law again makes it clear that if there is any reason cosidered by a presiding officer or a polling agent as unacceptable for which he/she cannot sign the pink sheet, he/she should express it by filling the petition form provided. Therefore if a presiding officer failed to sign the pink sheet but did not fill the petition form and we are not ready to find out why he did not sign, to conclude that the election concerned is null and void is nonsensical.

That's the question I have always posed to those who thought the NPP had a case. Plus, if people voted without being verified by the biometric machine, all we needed was one person to testify in court that he or she voted without biometric information. None of the over 4m people who voted for the NPP ever came out publicly to claim that he or she voted without being verified by the biometric machine. God is not sleeping...you can't get power through the backdoor like that.

During the Election Petition proceedings, and I must say that her attempt to clothe herself in a strict constructionist mantle was very opportunistic! It was an easy way for her to conceal her bias towards the petitioners, and without to dig deeper to establish the real purpose of requiring Returning Officrs sign or endorse the pink sheets;that being to prevent fraud or cheating, none of which the petitioners failed to prove. In fact, the signatures of the NPP agents was a de facto acknowledgement that evertything was above board. Couple this point with the dishonesty the petitioners engaged in,by cheerypicking polling stations President Mahama won deisively for sctutiny, while ingnoring the same infractions in areas Nana Akufo alos won won handily. The whole 8 months spent on this bogus petition, was a total waste of everybody`s time!
I hate to rain on her parade, and I may be wrong, but I dare say she failed to leave any indelible mark on the court during her 6-year stint!
