NDC is planning to register Togolese and other non Ghanaian residents living intermittently in Ghana for voting purposes. NDC is paying all those people with all the monies stolen from Gyeeda, Sada, Subah, Woyome etc so EC must open wide their eyes because, this time, NPP will never sit down for these fools to steal in the elections less the whole EC burns with fire and sulphur.
