In fact if the govt is corrupt, so will all the other areas of the country be. Dont try to defend the govt by using a corrupt and inefficient Civil Service to cover up the ineptitude and corruption of govt.

The rot in the Ghana health sector is no news at all. Where in the world can pharmacists in charge of regional stores take 10% to 15% margins before suppliers win tenders to supply drugs? Is this not an open secret in Ghana? ...

Is this not an open secret in Ghana? Why are we pretending? Some doctors prescribe tall lists of medicines for patients in other to swell up bills for NHIS to pay. Providers cook claims for NHIS to pay n use the money to put up infrastructre. The attitude of health professional the least talked about it the better. Program managers cook figures to please donors.This is not NDC/NPP matter. It is a national problem. The health sector is gradually becoming useless. Big issue!!!!!!!!!
