  THIS COMMONSENSE ECONOMIC POLICY WOULD HAVE STABILIZED THE KUFUOR CEDI AND KICK-STARTED GROWTH IN THE LONG TERM. QUICK FIXES ARE USELESS IN THE LONG TERM, AND THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING TO THE CEDI NOW.
