THE STRATEGY THEY ARE USING IS YIELDING TREMENDOUS DIVIDENDS IN THE COUNTRY. JUST APPROACH THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE OF NIGERIA AND ADOPT THAT SAME AGRICULTUREAL TRANSFORMATION STRATEGY FOR GHANA.   Yes, we have large land but which we could not cultivate on this land to export to make billions of dollars.
