  NPP will condemn anything this government does no matter what! They are the people who bought and shared flats and apartments in Cantonments and will enjoy the lighted streets but because of hate and power hungry selfishness, they will condemn the government even with good things like this!   Do you think this is good? I am sorry for you. few weeks ago, we heard there is a street lighting factory opened. Do we need Chinese to manufacture and install street lights for us? I single handedly bought solar lights components and built a whole lighting system in my mum's house. It has run for the past 2 years without a single power failure! even though she can not use it for basic things, lights, radio and tv for 2 years!
  Government should give Ghanaians a chance and stop the China China business. Forget about another idiots, the tech people and think about street electronic repairers who has been installing this same system for private people. It doesnt take a tech degree to manufacture and install this class one technology!

  The entire project should not cost more than USD 500,000. Huawei Technologies must be sincere to Ghanaians.

  Thank you my dear. So far as I'm concerned, we don't have engineers in Ghana. They can't even design a shopping cart or walkers for the elderly. Hopeless

We should be circumspect in our praise of the Chinese gov't. for the solar project. The Chinese, the Germans, and the Americans, the leaders in this field, should step up and teach our young people about solar, wind and other renewable technologies to help us end our dumsor-dumsor nightmare.
