  Dr. Chambas, Mills brought inflation down from 18.1% to 8.4% because refused to spend to simulate the economy. In his time there was no significant growth. Both Mills and Mahama are clueless. Both are always explaining decisions and the reasons for adopting them. Inflationary trend could sometimes be good for the economy if there is sound tax policy in place for government to obtain revenue, and reinject into the economy.
