THEY MUST GIVE THE MONEYS BACK TO THE TREASURY. WE DO NOT NEED ANY ECONOMIC FORUM. SET UP A COURT IMMEDIATELY. IT HAPPENED IN THAILAND RECENTLY, PRIME MINISTER YINGLUCK SHINAWATRA WAS REMOVED BY THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT FOR ABUSING POWER. LOOK AT GHANA, EMBRAER PLANE SCANDAL, STX KOREA, US$20 BILLION NDC PARTY HQ., US$4 MILLION JUDGEMENT DEBT PAYMENT TO MRS. RAWLINGS, SUBAH, GYEEDA, WOYOMI, ISOFOTON, WATERVILLE, AFRICA AUTOMOBILE, CP, SADA, FORTIZ/MERCHANT BANK, AKONFEM AND A HOST OF OTHER DODGY JUDGEMENT DEBT PAYMENTS.   Some thing that make man a reasonable animal is that he learns not to repeat his mistakes. But it looks like Ghanaians take pride in repeating their mistakes over and over. We have been duly informed that the Balkan Energy judgment debt which was declared null and void by the Supreme Court of Ghana was declared bidding by and arbitration court in London and Ghana was made to pay a judgment debt. In the face of that, it means that the action by Mr. Martin Amidu is a fruitless act.

It's about time we start to punish officials who fail to do what they are paid to do. In short, if the contract had been sent to parliament, we wouldn't be where we are now.

  The continued stay of Barton Odro as the Dep. 1st Speaker of the House as represented on the ticket of the NDC clearly shows the thought process and the outlook on govenrnance by the Mahama led NDC gov't and constitutes to very great extent an affront to the integrity and respect of the August house, if any, considering the composition of the House in terms of the numbers.
  As it is, in the Mahama NDC gov't the popular consensus and underlying principle is corruption is rewarded. However, hardworking Ghanaian taxpayers need not put up with that kind of governance. Barton Odro should resign to save the dignity of the House or he should be chased out.
