  Led by the CDS the military is sinking to its lowest ebb below pre- June 4th 1979. soldiers are going duty without ration. They are walk to duty postin rain because they cannot get fuel for duty vehicle. Meanwhile the first priority of the military command is to buy fleet of 30 V8 land cruiser for senior officers who live only 200 meters from their offices. The senior officers occupy 2 bungalows allocated t themselves whiles the junior officer and other ranks share single room in pairs and in threes with wives and children. Morale is worst for junior rank who is threathening to embark on demonstration. you know the implication when soldiers goes on strike. Vice President Plaese take some action before its too late

Morale our leaders re irresponsible becos they only think of themselves n their families. could u imaging one officer can ve about five official vehicles in his hse n soldiers can nt even ve access to just ONE Duty vehicle to work? Nt to talk of de fuel dey use for their personal purposes to de expense of junior officers n other ranks yet no body cn do anything to them. Huhuhuu soon than later when de second June 4th arises before our leaders ll be straight again. if nt we're complaining to de same pple doing de evil cheating work . Morale correct these things tnk u.

  All except one were known p/NDC soldiers. The one non-NDC soldier was an ewe and a former bodyguard of the latelate Kwashiga.
