That is why we need a government who is going to take education seriously. Transformation can not just happen with prayers for if let say it does happens we prayer, we cannot maintain it because we are not educated enough to do so. Education is the key. God is a smart God he gave us a powerful tool and the solution to all our problems ie. the brain. It is our duty to feed it with the right food and we will give praise to Him always instead of crying to Him.

I believe in one God, and no more; and I hope for happiness beyond this life.
I believe in the equality of man; and I believe that religious duties consist in doing justice, loving mercy, and endeavouring to make our fellow-creatures happy.
But, lest it should be supposed that I believe many other things in addition to these, I shall, in the progress of this work, declare the things I do not believe, and my reasons for not believing them.
I do not believe in the creed professed by the Jewish Church, by the Roman Church, by the Greek Church, by the Turkish Church, by the Protestant Church, nor by any church that I know of. My own mind is my own church.
All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish, appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit.
I do not mean by this declaration to condemn those who believe otherwise; they have the same right to their belief as I have to mine. But it is necessary to the happiness of man that he be mentally faithful to himself. Infidelity does not consist in believing, or in disbelieving; it consists in professing to believe what he does not believe.[16]

Paine's creed encapsulates many of the major themes of the rest of his text: a firm belief in a creator-God; a skepticism regarding most supernatural claims (here the afterlife, later in the text, miracles); a conviction that virtues should be derived from a consideration for others rather than oneself; an animus against corrupt religious institutions; and an emphasis on the individual's right of conscience.[17]

After establishing that he would refrain from using extra-Biblical sources to inform his criticism, but would instead apply the Bible's own words against itself, Paine questions the sacredness of the Bible, analyzing it as one would any other book. For example, in his analysis of the Book of Proverbs he argues that its sayings are "inferior in keenness to the proverbs of the Spaniards, and not more wise and economical than those of the American Franklin".[21] Describing the Bible as "fabulous mythology", Paine questions whether or not it was revealed to its writers and doubts that the original writers can ever be known (he dismisses the idea that Moses wrote the Pentateuch, for example).
My intention is to show that those books are spurious, and that Moses is not the author of them; and still further, that they were not written in the time of Moses, nor till several hundred years afterward; that they are no other than an attempted history of the life of Moses, and of the times in which he is said to have lived, and also of the times prior thereto, written by some very ignorant and stupid pretenders to authorship, several hundred years after the death of Moses, as men now write histories of things that happened, or are supposed to have happened, several hundred or several thousand years ago.[22]
Using methods that would not become common in Biblical scholarship until the nineteenth century, Paine tested the Bible for internal consistency and questioned its historical accuracy, concluding that it was not divinely inspired.
Paine also argues that the Old Testament must be false because it depicts a tyrannical God. The "history of wickedness" pervading the Old Testament convinced Paine that it was simply another set of human-authored myths.[23] He deplores people's credulity: "Brought up in habits of superstition," he wrote, "people in general know not how much wickedness there is in this pretended word of God." Citing Numbers 31:13–47 as an example, in which Moses orders the slaughter of thousands of boys and women, and sanctions the rape of thousands of girls, at God's behest,[24] Paine calls the Bible a "book of lies, wickedness, and blasphemy; for what can be greater blasphemy than to ascribe the wickedness of man to the orders of the Almighty!"[25]

One must fight fire with fire , war with war not kisses or playing ignorant to the reality . the northerners , ewes , Muslims and other traitors of the Akan interest are systematically destroying the future of the Akans . There is no democracy or govt of the people and by the people but the slow establishment of the caliphate of pepeni murderers using a system of corrupt govt that makes irrelevant all institutions of state in the form of a Saudi style monarchy of mahama and his brothers . Despite our huge potential and the fact that any true patriotic nationalist govt can definitely turn the economy around in less than 6 months , we are bogged down in this situation of undeclared war of the ayigbe and pepeni mafia who have hijacked all institutes of state . only a bloody revolution will set us free . everything we have predicted over the past few years has come to pass and there is more evil to come until we stand up accept that we are at war and must fight back. NPP had their chance and they blew it. They never thought about fixing the economy by embracing a proactive form of agriculture, industrialization, the diversification of the economy and export mix. Rather their policies encouraged buying and selling of foreign goods and local goods which did not create jobs, vibrant economies, and strengthen the cedi. The same errors are being made by the NDC government and you are complaining. On balance until regimes (NPP and NDC inclusive) place premium on agriculture, manufacturing, the diversification of the economy and export mix, Ghana's situation will continue to worsen.

Any STUPID person (not saying this pastor is one) wakes up in the morning grabs a Bible and calls him/herself a man of God. They go about duping gullible people of Ghana. They protect themselves with the phrase "thou shall not touch my anointed". Bull Shit, there are no anointed men of God in Ghana. Only about 5% of pastors are genuine.

Until existing regimes seriously start putting premium on agriculture, manufacturing, the diversification of the economy and export mix and introducing a measure of sophistication in their goods and services-higher value added goods/services (not buying and selling which do not create jobs) the cedi will continue to depreciate. On balance it is only the Nkrumah's regime that seriously attempted to introduce a measure of manufacturing into the economic fabric of Ghana. This means that all the regimes that came after Nkrumah have not helped the manufacturing and diversification process (NDC and NPP inclusive) that could have created not only jobs but also strengthened the cedi and created a vibrant economy.
