  The economy is hitting families hard and many are looking for ways to balance the family budget.
  
  Boachsoft Finance 2012 software, developed in East Akim Municipality (Akyem-Maase and Bunso) in the Eastern Region of Ghana and in Accra/Sakumono, is helping many families across the globe to balance the family budget, amortize loans and save for the future.
  
  The next version is set to be released in December 2015. Use only the 2012 version.

  A GOOD MOVE INDEED.HUMAN RESOURCE IS PREFERABLE,TRAIN YOUNG GHANAIANS TO TAKE THE CHALLENGE.FOREIGN EXPAT CAN KEEP OIL BUSINESS BEST.MONEY IS JUST A COUNTING MEASURE,KEEP THE EXPERTS AND WE SHALL MOVE FORWARD.

  Money is not bad,but ONLY THE LOVE OF IT,IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL.
  What is money?
  It is simply:
  THE REWARD FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS.
  Doctors HEAL PEOPLE THAT ARE SICK,but a carpenter furnishes his room.whilst the mason builds that building,they both live in.
  They all solve certain kinds of problems,and their pay hinges on,derive from each kind of problem each one solves.
  THEREFORE,IF YOUR REWARD(pay) IS NOT UP TO YOUR DESIRE,YOU JUST HAVE TO UPGRADE YOUR SKILLS,SO YOUR PAY WILL INCREASE.

  It would have been very good for our citizenry to be employed in the higher posts/offices in the OIL & GAS industries.
  But availability of human capital would have sealed the deal in that regards.
  Our politicians have failed our youth,because they never gave them the opportunity to capitalize on these chances the OIL & GAS INDUSTRIES,have to offer them.
  WHY?
  SIMPLY THIS:
  THE LACK OF HUMAN CAPITAL TO ADDRESS THESE KIND OF CHALLENGES.
  Because of this very fact,all these chances for them have been blown by our politicians.
  Therefore,foreigners are cashing in, big time,at our own backyard,at the detriment of the youth.
  OUR LEADERS ARE NOT PROACTIVE IN BUSINESS,AND THAT HAS CAUSED OUR YOUTH,SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL,A GREAT DEAL.
  The business acumen is not there.
  IF IT IS THERE,WHY SHOULD A FOREIGN COMPANY LIKE Sub-Sea 7 say,it would train Ghanaians efficiently to be able to be equipped to handle the OIL & GAS BUSINESSES IN GHANA?
  It's a shame on our leaders who do not think about our children's future,but only their pockets.
  Until they renew their minds to think right,therefore on the future of the children,Ghana will never change.
  BECAUSE,THE FUTURE IS NOTHING,BUT OUR CHILDREN.
  
  I take the time to train my children in the business I am developing for their future.
  THE GOVERNMENT SHOULD TRAIN GHANAIANS TO EQUIP THEM TO FACE LIFE FOR THEIR FUTURE.
  
  PERIOD.
