  Two years for stealing a goat or two goats???? Completely out of proportion - what is wrong with our judges? And drug dealers go free!

  He is lying. This Ewe thief did not steal that goat because he was hungry He stole the goat for trokosi ritual purposes. Everything these trokosi use for their rituals must be stolen. If you don't steal, trokosi voodoo god of Ewes won't accept your offering.

  One should not come out from jail after serving long sentence "empty handed".
  Prisoners must be given work,must be and "paid"well. The government must open post office account for them individually. They must have their account books with them so that one day if they are released they can start something doing and even take loans from the banks.
  This idea can also help reduce crime in Ghana and many will stop their criminal activities because no one would like for less than 1 Ghana cedi a day for example.Thnk over it.
