    He recounted that during his time as a minister of Public Sector Reform in the erstwhile Kufuor administration though he did not have any deputy minister he made sure that the job was always done.

    Dr Ampaw right said, the taxpayers money shouldn't be use to pay minsters school fees. Ministers can only go for refresher courses which will enhance them in the cause of their duties and it should not be more than one week
