How can anybody, for that matter a Deputy Minister, serving in the Govt., say such things about an appointment made by the President. Is he suggesting in any way that the President can appoint whoever he wants BUT they will decide whether to work or NOT to work with the person?

Mr. Jamal, please, with ALL DUE RESPECT, everywhere in the civilized world, ALL APPOINTEES SERVE AT THE PLEASURE of the PRESIDENT.

So therefore, if any number of Appointees disagree with the President's appointment, the HONORABLE Thing to do is to RESIGN. That is what Honorable men do and that is why you are called 'Honorable'.

To Speak so OPENLY and UNAFRAID of NOT Cooperating with the New Minister is NOT RIGHT, NOR FAIR, NOR PATRIOTIC,
NOR in the INTEREST of the President or of the NATION.

What is WORTHY of NOTE is that MOST Ghanaians agreed with the TEAM-B statement when it was made. TEAM-B simply means there is a BETTER TEAM. and, indeed, there was.

You cannot look at Ghanaians in the face and tell us that the Team that was referred to as TEAM-B was the best the NDC Party, as some of us know it in terms of members and sympathizers, HAD TO OFFER Ghanaians and was the best to PUT IN CHARGE OF CORPORATE GHANA. Would you have put such a Team, made up mainly of new inexperienced hands in charge of the Business you struggled to build and which was having serious challenges?

Those appointments were a matter of POLITICAL PATRONAGE and were NOT BORNE out of the desperate NEED of the Country for effective Leadership.

Yes, Some of those appointments were 'Good Material' but like a flower, you don't PLUCK IT BEFORE IT BLOSSOMS.

Spio had always been a member of the NDC and in spite of his criticism of Prof Mills ministers, he was not alone. Baba Jamal should give us a break. I think fellow Ghanaians should start putting more pressure on this THIEVERY GOVERNMENT OF THE CATS AND DOGS to pay also more attention on the Constitution Reforms which was created merely to protect Murderer Rawlings from his CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

If the Constitution had been written to ensure that the people had the right to force the Government of the day to resign for non-performance and CORRUPTION, this DULLARD EBOLA MAHAMA and his 'school boy' ministers would have been history.

Unfortunately, we have to wait till 2016 before we judge them through the BALLOT BOX!!! Huh!! and with these massive Fraud and Corruption would there be anything left in the kitty for the next Government??

I don't personally think it would make such difference simply because the country has almost been put into Administration of the IMF. Because you can't teach an old dog new tricks.

Therefore they would do us a favour by taking the POISONOUS PILL to meet with the former President they themselves MURDERER ATTA MYTHS).

Spio is a huge asset for the NDC so we should rather encourage him to give off his very best and also help nurture some of the less experienced appointees rather that antagonising him for some error he has already committed because the best Spio can do is to apologise and nothing else.
Baba, let us forgive him and encourage and partner him to help the NDC deliver and retain power. This is more important than antagonising Spio because the only beneficiary to any hostile posture by the offended ministers is the opposition NPP.

I beg to differ. The NDC government and the Ghanaian population are grasping at a straw while drowning.

Spio Garba is just one other opportunistic, dishonest politician who seriously lack intergrity, and is in politics for himself. He got pissed when he lost his bid for his party's nomination the last time around, and he got pissed further when he was not appointed a minister by Mills. Very immatured statement. It smacks of a 'team b' behaviour. Those unforgiving ministers are indeed childish. No minister is in government for themselves. Any minister who works against Spio will be working against Ghana.
