It's another way to misuse public funds. How do the government qualify potential applicants for such start up business loan. NDC supporters only qualify? It was NDC members only qualified for world cup free flight to Brazil.

Should the applicant take the loan and leave the country or fails to fulfill the payments and relocate from address to a village. How does the Government enforce payment?

Ei, our prez is really creative with ideas. The youth have no jobs and the Prez wants to spend GHC 10M so they the youth estimated at about 10M can create jobs for others. I am wondering what kind of jobs these youth can create with a per capita investment of GHC1 per person.

It may be possible as the youth can be pushed into vices (sakawa, stealing, robbery and porn) which seem to be "job" alternates of less investment and commitment. No training and capital investments are required.

Another vehicle to squander GHC10M as in SADA, GYED...
