I think Spio is the most insincere PERSONALITY in Ghana today. He just want to be a minister by all means which is not good. He is selfish and greedy.

Otabil may be a good leader within the confines of his church and he had better stay there and bamboozle those who choose to idolize him in total obeisance and awe.

Nduom also may be a successful businessman in his own right and he should better stick to his businesses for his own interest and those of his workers who largely form his still-born political party the PPP.

As for Spio-Garbrah, I suggest that he should restrict himself to those imperialist international organizations he has been slaving for most of his working life. With the kind of personal attitude he has, he will soon find out that Ghana is another completely different kettle of fish.

A word to the wise, is in the north.

I wonder what the purpose of this piece is. If it is to undermine the appointment of Spio to a Ministerial Post by the President, I would like to supply a simple rebuttal that President Mahama is not the late President Mills. And if Spio was dying for such an appointment, he finally got it with President Mahama.

We only need to keep a close eye on his performance. Ghana needs a rapid transformation. Period!! Competence, Commitment to, and Completion of effective goals are what we need to expect from the Government, now. We must no worry about past partisan bickerings.

What is NDC members capable of doing? For more than thirty years in power, Ghana is plunging down the hills. Very soon, Ghana will hit hard at the bottom of the valley. What capabilities is this looter and thief talking about?

The only thing Ghanaians know NDC members are capable of doing is to steal and loot from the national treasury. NDC members have turned Ghana into dens of armed robbers. Everything is crumbling down. NDC members have stolen everything in Ghana. What has your notorious NDC achieved for Ghana.

NDC members think they can do whatever they want in Ghana. You haven't stolen from Ghana's treasury for free. You will account for every cedi you have stolen.

Is the appointment of Spio at this time not an admission that the NDC government cannot do well without Spio in it" Ahwoi should be ashamed of himself for defending the "Team B" appointees.

Obviously, all right thinking Ghanaians can see how our beloved country has been run-down and turned into a beggarly nation despite all our endowments of natural and human resources under the incompetent Mill and Mahama Team "B" governments. Government communicators have been burning the mid-night oils to put a spin on the mess they have created by their unbriddled corruption. They blame global exogenous factors as much as they can. But this will not hold.

We are all witnesses of the unprecedented corruption that has engulfed this nation in the last six-years or so. The opulence of Government appointees in the face of increasing poverty and deplorable infrastructure which have become the hallmark of this "Bitter Ghana" they have brought to us.

Spio was right, but unfortunately, the Stomach politician he is, as is most of these NDC politician, will not allow him to stand by his convictions. Unlike the truly honourable Martin Amidu, Spio has demonstrated gross intellectual dishonesty, and is going "abbeing" for a ministerial position. So he has to put a spin on his objective convictions. Can such selfish people ever be trusted. ???

God have mercy on our clueless Government and Save the long-suffering, poverty ridden masses of our beloved GHANA.

As for Mahama, needless to say, he will sooner than later realize what a big mistake he has just committed by the appointment of this peacock into govt.

Most Ghanaians have already given Mahama up but the only problem is that this recent blunder promises to inflict another round of embarrasing events upon us all.
