If the NDC is wise and wants to retain power, it would field the dream team of Martin Amidu for President with Spio as running mate. But the NDC is not wise and will lose power in 2016 since they cannot steal votes the way they did in 2012.

Like Mensa Otabil he has to eat back his words when they matter most. Why couldn't he accept that he meant what he said instead of dancing round it at the vetting? Ato Ahwoi was right. Spio has no business serving in this government. He should have declined the nomination. If he and his supporters think he is such an asset, he should go and stand for a parliamentary seat if he has a constituency. Regretably, as Baba Jamal opined, he will be an outsider in the government still pissing in. maham does not need any savior and nobody ever thought Spio was a savior. He is just at his bragging self as usual. Mahama will still win the election when the time comes.

I solidly concur with you because you were telling the honest truth. However, the indisputable truth is that, you know damn well that you cannot be insulated from the atrocious corruption practices prevalent under the current "President 'wonkyenni' John Dramani Mahama government because you are a prominent member of his administration. Secondly, many people did occasionally questioned your sincerity to Ghanaians, decision making processes, integrity, effectiveness, patriotism and honest commitment to improve the living conditions of the poor during the time you served in a Cabinet position under Jerry Rawlings an equally corrupt and hopeless Ex-President ever to have occupied the office of the President in Ghana. To be honest with you Ekwow, if you honestly are sincere to helping Ghana the best way you know how, and to exude to Ghanaians about yourself as a person of honesty and integrity, you should zealously stand firmly against and fight corruption from within the administration, the moment you assume office. Our people are suffering whilst the President is still having babies left right and centre. What a disgrace. He is now the father of 17 children to date. Therefore he needs to be corrupt to feed his 17 mouths plus his other wivies. He comes from the North but clues in trying to secure railway system from Accra to the North to boost business there. Waht a fool we call a President for a nation like Ghana.
