Major oil producing countries were in the waters too. By the way, how much is Ghana’s share in the oil deal? Ghana’s oil was given out as a gift by some unscrupulous Ghanaians and collected their booty to the islands- for details; ask the EO group and Mr. Kuffuor. Secondly, the denomination of the Cedi was not a wise move economically! Rawlingsis aware of the NPP’s “we will make the country ungovernable” stupidity. How do you expect a country to grow economically when nay sayers are organizing strikes, burning markets and on the radio castigating the party in power before they even started off? Yes NPP’s against attitude started from day one! Corruption-NPP was 200% worse off than the NDC! Corruption is a cancer in the Ghanaian society from the newborn baby to the centurion and it became worse of in Kuffuor’s regime and Atta Mills did not put those involved in jail to teach others a lesson, so what do you expect! NPP is not coming to solve our country’ problems they will make it worse and Rawlings knows that! Rawlings also knows NPP is divisive, have hatred and disrespect for other tribes. What was Ghana during NPP time anyway? It was the Columbia of Africa (Cocaine depot) and that is What the NPP is missing. The only better way is for party members to contribute to the finance of the party, like in the U.S.A. I personally contributed a little to 2012 Obama re-election. Anyone can check it out. Members of Ghanaian various parties are just follow follow people, contributing virtually nothing. This allow the leaders, who are also rogues,contribute privately and top it with outside cash to campaign. On winning the election they find a way to get back their investment plus interest. They are only answerable to outside donors not people who voted them to power. Since the party members contributed virtually zero cedis to the campaign their remain like dogs, just looking at the owner to throw some 'food' on the the ground not on a plate. If party members have membership cards that show their contributions....
A. The party will not seek finance from outside.
B. The party will know the followers, not to assume after election, how many voted the party. In U.S.A. independent voters elect leaders. If you appeal to your base and independents you win.
