We shall never move forward until the undeclared war against the Akans, discrimination of the majority and anti Akan propaganda hate agenda is resolved. One must fight fire with fire , war with war not kisses or playing ignorant to the reality . the northerners , ewes , Muslims and other traitors of the Akan interest are systematically destroying the future of the Akans . There is no democracy or govt of the people and by the people but the slow establishment of the caliphate of pepeni murderers using a system of corrupt govt that makes irrelevant all institutions of state in the form of a Saudi style monarchy of mahama and his brothers . Despite our huge potential and the fact that any true patriotic nationalist govt can definitely turn the economy around in less than 6 months , we are bogged down in this situation of undeclared war of the ayigbe and pepeni mafia who have hijacked all institutes of state . only a bloody revolution will set us free . everything we have predicted over the past few years has come to pass and there is more evil to come until we stand up accept that we are at war and must fight back. Even Obama now realizes this caliphate is a serious threat to mankind's peace and unity . All religions are from God but over time the devil ensures the good is interpreted by the wicked and used to cause harm , the righteous know religion is meant to ensure unity and goodwill amongst men not pain and suffering or discrimination. On one hand we have the mafia ndc killing our people's future and around the corner nana chooses as his closest allies northerners who will continue the agenda of hate , wait for the clarion call for freedom and spare none of these criminals in the political oligarchy of corruption and evil . It's the "political immaturity" of our politicians and other leaders, who make STUPID, FOOLISH, VINDICTIVE & SELFISH decisions, while in government—and that’s democrazy!! What the IEA is recommending will be equally foolish and would not work.

Everywhere in the World, where democracy and not democrazy is practiced, it is winner takes all. But, the "MATURE" democracies can appoint opposition party members to join them in governance. Mature democracies also DON'T TERMINATE contracts already awarded by their predecessors.

But, most importantly, Presidents or Prime Ministers of "mature democracies" DON'T appoint DCEs, Regional Ministers, etc., etc. These people are ELECTED by the districts or regions and by so doing, several of them will come from opposition political parties for you to have a mixture of people.

For example: President Obama of the United States, and those before him, cannot appoint Governors (regional minister), County Executives (MDCEs) or Mayors. They are all elected by the people and of the 50 states in the United States, 35 of the state governors are Republicans, while Obama, the President, is a Democrat. By that, Obama and the Democrats are not the only people "governing" the country, but with political opponents as well. So, just let Regional ministers and MDCEs be elected and you have a coalition government—PROBLEM SOLVED, NEGRO!!

JJ had an inner circle men, mainly made up of hard-core anti-Akan anti-Asante Ewes and Northerners with whom he was secretly ruling. He was sidestepping the few Akans he had appointed in making daily and crucial decisions.

It is very shocking to note that, Rawlings has now turned round preaching against the so-called "winner-takes-all" mantra after he practised it for 20 years! It sounds very hypocritical to me.

He openly spoke against it when the country was going to change from the PNDC era to the new system that we know today. Something is only good for this guy when it favours him. As soon as the point of favour is shifted and he's no more in control of the situation, the idea becomes obsolete in his view.

Are there principled politicians left in Ghana anymore if there was ever one? The system of winner-take-all is a testament to a nation of cultured, level-headed and civil citizens. We used to be a nation of people who understood there is a time and place for each of us in our endeavors until a bunch of delusional crazies took their silver coin pieces to usher in their new found greed that started Ghana down a path of military takeover and tribal animosity in 1966 that has continued unabated. There is no time to put the genie in the bottle not after each political animal and their brain dead foot soldiers have come to know the easy taken of tax payer money without worthwhile work.

Would Rawlings have shared the advantages he gave his tribesmen with other tribes in Ghana? Did he not abuse his own hand-picked vice presidential candidates because of the winner-take-all system he suddenly question? Could Kufour have awarded the opportunity for education via government scholarships to mainly people of his tribe under a shared system? No. Being a descent principled human being is a learned process that cannot be easily attained in Ghana; no not when tribal loyalties trumps nation and God or Allah.

Yes, many call themselves politicians but are never concerned of the system that drives the nation. It is a reality that the ''Winner Takes All''system is seriously breeding hatred and division within our nation than love of coperation and unity, which is sine quo non to our nation's development.

Today Ghana is crying and had been infested with uncontrollable indiscipline more than cholera, a thing that General Nunoo Mensah was able to pinpoint with his great wisdom of awareness that many so called educated Ghanaians could not see and condemned.

Anyway it is naturally not late if we can come together and rationally throw away our foolish and village mindset of seeing politics as a fight against one another, especially if one is found to be other party.

It is time to give second thought to our national political stand of whether we are to hold on to the winnwer takes all syndrome of retrogressive politics or go for any other system that could work better for us all in our dear nation, as our dear ex president and others have been desiring to see in our Ghana.

I believe we are matured at certain stages in our politics, that we can easily see and observe the reality of what the present system of winner takes all is doing to us with the uncontrollable indiscipline taking place nationally and even in our individual parties to say. When did Mr, Dr, Dr, Dr Flight Lueftenant Rawlings realized this winner take all breeds bitter polarization? Mr Rawlings have cherished Polarization all his life in political office. An envious person who hated successful business people. The most tribalistic leader ever lived on this land. Dr, Dr, Dr Rawlings will do himself a great deal of good if he keeps quiet.
