He is where he is as a result of the booty bequeathed to him by what his father looted from the economy and also the bribe his father took, serving as a traitor to overthrow Dr.Kwame Nkrumah. Now that he has used up all the wealth through dirty campaign and empty litigations, what he thinks of doing is using his demonstration talent to buy the conscience and lobby by using corrupt minds in leadership position in the country; some of them who pose as men of God, to chastise Government and make the country unstable. The tactics of Nana Addo is nothing new to what his father did to Ghanaians. Their sole interest is to make every regime ungovernable by castigating lies, ugly insults, throwing bombs, killing women, burning markets, lengthy shallow litigations in courts and false alarm blowers. What can they boast of themselves and what have they achieved for Ghana? They want Ghanaians to be sub-servants to them whilst in their own thinking and mental deliberations; they remain perpetually slaves to neo colonialism. The editor of the Africawatch magazine, Steve Mallory, says he stands by his pronouncements captured during a secret recording that NPP flag-bearer, Nana Akufo-Addo, was once nabbed at the J.F Kennedy Airport in the US with a quantity of marijuana and was saved from arrest and prosecution by the refusal of the Kuffuor government to wave his diplomatic immunity.

Reacting to the secret recording in which he engaged Gabby Otchere-Darko, a confidant of Akufo-Addo on the subject and which has been made public, Mr. Mallory, in a statement admitted that the voice on the tape was his and he stands by statements he made in the conversation with Gabby Otchere-Darko.

“I have listened to the tape and the voice is mine. I want all to know that I stand by all the statements I made in that conversation, which I had made without malice whatsoever” he said in the statement he issued yesterday.

During the conversation, while Gabby tried to get Mr. Mallory to say that the incident in question never happened, the latter insisted that it indeed happened and that he had proofs to justify his claim.

Many Ghanaians have expressed reservations about Akufo Addo’s suitability for the high office of President of Ghana because of his association with illicit drugs, particularly, marijuana and cocaine.

While it is a fact he was once nabbed in the US for possessing marijuana, several individuals and organisations have stated that he is addicted to the two substances.

International whistleblower, wikileaks, revealed last year that the America government has noted that Akufo-Addo is a marijuana smoker while his close pal, Dr. Kwesi Annin says even German Intelligence knows he is into cocaine.

Mr. Kwesi Pratt, a long time friend of the NPP flag-bearer is recorded by wikileaks as saying Akufo-Addo smokes wee and sometimes wakes up in the morning with a heavy cloud of smoke over his head.

The publisher of the CHRONICLE newspaper, Kofi Koomson, who has been a long time friend of Akufo-Addo says based on what he knows of him, he cannot sleep with his eyes closed if Akufo-Addo becomes President of Ghana.

Therefore , whoever questions about old age should as well consult the Chief Psychiatrist for thorough mental evaluation,or a neurosurgeon to remove the tumor that blocks his/her mind. Ghana has come a long way.Even if the person who can lead the Country to the promise land is 600 years old,such nonsensicals as old age should not be a factor at all.For,the foundations of all economically and financially successful nations the World over, were laid by experienced elderly people whom employed a well thought-through Common Sense approach in planning, and to resolve issues. Not inexperienced kids who are not aware of what to do,when it comes to management (aside from propaganda) but refused to consult.The Country should look for people who exhibit Common Sense approach to assigned them to positions of authority. Leadership is not about price increases.

Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara, who underwent surgery for nerve pain in France last week, has yet to return home – prompting opposition calls for greater transparency regarding his health condition.
"We're not taking advantage of the president's health condition. It's a normal thing to fall sick and get treatment," Affi N'guessan, head of the opposition Ivorian Popular Front (FPI) party, told Anadolu Agency in Abidjan.
"What we and the entire population need is clarity from the government," he insisted.
"What really happened?" N'guessan asked. "Where is he now and when is he returning to the country..? And [can] his continuous absence be described as a power vacuum?"
Presidential Secretary Amadou Gon Coulibaly declined to comment on the issue, saying his office had already issued an official statement.
Ouattara, 72, a former managing deputy director of the International Monetary Fund, travelled to France earlier this month – on what was thought by many Ivorians as one of his numerous leisure trips abroad.
However, the presidency released a brief statement on Monday saying Ouattara had successfully undergone surgery for sciatica and that he would return home after a brief recovery period in France.
Interior Minister Hamed Bakayoko, a staunch member of the ruling Rally of the Republicans (RDR), returned to the Ivory Coast from Paris on Wednesday.
He told reporters in Abidjan that he had met with the president.
"He was doing very fine," Bakayoko said.
Sciatica is a common form of lower back and leg pain caused by irritation of the sciatic nerve.
Local and international experts describe it as a benign condition that should not prevent Ouattara from carrying out his official duties, currently being carried out by Prime Minister Daniel Kablan.
