  Please Apaak, stop insulting the intelligence of people with such nonsensical explanations. "Bussing" people to register in other constituencies do happen. And as per ethnocentric cover being brought on this, I think you are not well positioned to comment on that. You had been one of the few who openly advocated voting for JDM, when he was a candidate because he is from the North. Or did you not make such a statement at a rally in Tamale?
  I had known you as a person who would stand your ground on principle, this is not one of your strong points to stand on.

  Dr Apaak should spare us this nonsense! People supposedly from Upper East Region, not resident in Ashanti were caught red handed trying to register in Kumasi. What Apaak needs to do, is to tell us that those people that were apprehended never came from the Upper East Region. The Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman never alluded to the tribe of those people. After all there are tens of thousands of people from the Upper East Region resident in Kumasi. Dr Apaak is wrong to ascribe ethnocentrism in this.

The issues are this, don't bus people from anywhere to increase your votes for either the parliamentary or presidential elections in any constituency because it's not going to be allowed to happen. There EC's regulations are very clear on who can register in each constituency, and indeed, in the lead up to 2012, Nii Lantey Vanderpuye made a very strong case for the forceful application for this regulation in Odododiodioo, which led to Hon. Ursula Owusu Ekuful bearing the brunt of life altering violent attacks at the hands of hoodlums and NDC party footsoldiers acting on the express orders of Nii Lantey Vanderpuye. So kindly spare us this childish assertions and fickle-mindedness.
