  For the past 6 weeks since the sex tapes came out in the North all the Chiefs have occupied their time watching these tapes and we have noticed that there have not been any outbreak of violence in that part of the country.

This is a section of the town occupied 99% by Moshies. This is therefore pure criminality and should not be twisted to the Bawku problem.
  
  These new media need to recruit proper journalists to report events and allow the reader to discern for him/herself what happened. Please don't draw your own conclusions and force that on the public as the fact. In this particular incident the reporter has quickly concluded (by pretending to have interviewed someone) that the shooting is the result of the Bawku issue. For all you know this may be purely a criminal or personal vendetta.
  
  To the media: Please avoid such sensationalism. If you mislead the security agencies like this, their attention will be diverted from the real perpetrators of crimes.
  
  I hope the Assembly Man's attention will be drawn to this so that he clears the air.
