  I hope this grant gets fully utilized for the intended purpose--electricity sector. Usually, the problem with the C-L-S tendencies begin with the constitution of the board where, irresponsible people with self-serving interests found themselves as board members.
  
  Why not involve Mr. Martin Amidu, a former Ghanaian Attorney General, with the Board; probably as its Chairman?
  
  The providers of the grant may also do themselves a good favor by supporting a kind of #RecruitMartinAmiduforMilliniumChallengeAccount.

  Just take a look at Mr Terkper and Mahama in the company of John Kerry. These two black men do not deserve a place like that because they do not understand the world.
  
  Because under their leadership look how Ghana has become. Shame, shame on you.
  They are both corrupt and incompetent and have no love for Ghana. Give Ghana all the money in the world and still it can do nothing because Ghana is run by black corrupt people. Look in the whole world and see for yourself.
  
  
  Everywhere there are black people the country is dirty, no good roads, no good schools and hospitals, no sewerage system. In fact no proper infrastructure!!
  
  Black people do not understand the world in which they live.

  The USA Authorities must build a fence around, and internal defenses within, the spending process of this amount. If not, the money would not last for a week and disappear from our coffers.
  
  I pray the USA to use the opportunity to demonstrate to the Ghanaian Administration how Public Funds are accessed, spent and accounted for in the USA. Every half-penny or even farthing spent out of that amount must be fully and unambiguously accounted for. And if it ever happens that even a farthing is gone missing or misused, the culprit must be dragged to the Court immediately, and made to cough up all the stolen amount plus interests and penalty.
  
  The source of this amount is not Ghanaian and must not have the ghosts of sovereign dignity and rights haunting it to be left in the sole control of the Ghanaian Administration whose track record on Public Accountability and Corruption rating are appaling.
  
  Long Live Ghana!!!
