Why canceling the result,you brought invigilator to make sure that there will not be examination malpractice and its happen.that means the invigilators are the problem not the students.Africa wake up.

If they work hard, they will not be looking for leakages all over. School and student with integrity results are not cancelled. Those cancelled should ask themselves why. Short-cuts are everywhere in Ghana. shame

It's obviously the Council.If so, it is the responsibility of the Council to provide adequate Security,and invigilation before and during the examination.Therefore,if there's a leakage,if any,whose fault is it ? And What was the extent of the Council's so-called investigations.
Again,it is likely that not all suspected exams questions leakage is True. Because some experience Teachers who are not examiners, are able to suspect Certain questions which is likely to appear,set those questions in a Class mock-exams,or may even asked the Class to be vigilant on those questions as exams tips,without having laid hands on any Exams questions from the WAEC.
We have all been Sch boys & girls in the past and know that to be true.Is Agnes Teye-Cudjoe and the Council members not aware or doesn't know that ?. So what is the prove beyond Candidates writing similar things because they have been taught in class,as against the Suspicion by the Council that the Candidates had seen the ultimate questions ?
Agnes Teye-Cuodjoe what is the level of your investigations.You don't sit in the office over a cup of Tea to punish poor Children just because you think in your minds,they had the questions.
It's time Agnes Teye,Cudjoe and the Council members are jailed for endangering the academic welfare of School Children and denying the Candidates in most cases the opportunity to rewrite the examination within
2-3 weeks,jeopardizing the future of the affected School Children. Anyway.

The Takoradi Poly Students who were sacked for applying with fake certificates must be prosecuted in a court of competent jurisdiction. Just sacking them is not enough.

Nowadays businesses and government organisations have stopped demanding Secondary School Certificate or Basic Education Certificate.

Each of these certificates are important. For example for many tertiary graduates the only certificate that can tell whether one can speak good English or whether one has adequate knowledge of Mathematics is the Secondary School Certificate.

Similarly the only certificate that can tell whether a tertiary graduate has basic knowledge of Ghanaian history, culture, agriculture and the basic geography of West Africa is the Basic Education Certificate.

In the light of the high School Fees paid by parents and the financial struggles most of them go through in the past and present to education the Child at least to the High -School Level, I have observed over the years that WASSCE takes pleasure of Cancellation of some Results arbitrarily without any plans put in place in most cases for the Candidates to retake/rewrite the examination within 2-4 weeks,to give the affected Candidates the Chance to probably have the Chance to Continue his/her education in that Academic year,to the Tertiary levels and therefore endangering the welfare of these Students.
The question is: what measures have the WASSCE put in place from the past to the present, to minimize Candidates malpractice, if any; either than diabolical Cancellation of results to jeopardize the aspirations of School boys and girls and that is the end of most of them.And people in authority to keep mute. For how many decades should we look on as parents,for Mrs Agnes Teye- Cudjoe and cohorts to make announcements about rampant Exams cancellations over the years without a 2-3 weeks timetable for the affected Candidates to rewrite the examination.It's long, long overdue to bring Agnes Teye-Cudjoe and cohorts to book to do the right thing or the entire Council members get fired and maybe a jail term for e

I think that waec should expidite action,towards releasing all pending results within Dec,2014,to enable the affectd candidates know their stand on either to register again or not.
