Nana’s sources of income did not come from his personal sweat. He is where he is as a result of the booty bequeathed to him by what his father looted from the economy and also the bribe his father took, serving as a traitor to overthrow Dr.Kwame Nkrumah. Now that he has used up all the wealth through dirty campaign and empty litigations, what he thinks of doing is using his demonstration talent to buy the conscience and lobby by using corrupt minds in leadership position in the country; some of them who pose as men of God, to chastise Government and make the country unstable. The tactics of Nana Addo is nothing new to what his father did to Ghanaians. Their sole interest is to make every regime ungovernable by castigating lies, ugly insults, throwing bombs, killing women, burning markets, lengthy shallow litigations in courts and false alarm blowers. What can they boast of themselves and what have they achieved for Ghana? They want Ghanaians to be sub-servants to them whilst in their own thinking and mental deliberations; they remain perpetually slaves to neo colonialism. From his birth he was thought to backbite, destroy, kill and make shameless utterances, bully, join occult and make use of cannabis. If you are a discern citizen, I will entreat you sit up and think, get knowledge and don’t sell your conscience to these reckless generation who don’t care about you than to seek their self interest

Pastor Mensa Otabil and his ilk were dead silent when Kuffour was doing his corrupt deals and shamelessly stated that the money was coming to him "waa waa" like that. Otabil and his ilk were dead quiet as long as they were doused into silence by such token things like diplomatic passports, one vehicle here and another favour or recognition there. Enter the NDC government and all these privileges and favours were terminated. Otabil and his ilk have since gone beserk and they are on the war path.

The killer for me was when Mensa Otabil engaged in those acrobatics by doing a perfect summersault to deny the very gospel he had preached to the effect that people who say all-die-be-die are bad company to be avoided. Kwesi Pratt Jnr then challenged Mensa Otabil to produce the authentic tape to prove that his words had been doctored to produce the tape condemning all-die-be-die but at that point, Mensa Otabil went into an underground bunker never to be heard again until recently when he has thought to himself that Ghanaians have forgotten his shameful acrobatics.

Well, the latest exposure of Mensah Otabil's hypocrisy is the challenge thrown to him lately by the NDC communication team for him to come out and personally deny that he ever owned a diplomatic passport during the Kuffour regime. I am sure Mensah Otabil is going to chicken out because if he dares, these small boys in the NDC communication team will scoop out the little left of any credibility that this businessman masquerading as a man-of-God has in him. People like Otabil make it difficult for others to believe in Chritianity truly truly. It is this materialism and love for money that Rev. Opuni Frimpong is condemning in the above report, period!

But elsewhere on Ghanaweb is a prominent member of this government; the Minister for Greater Accra Region telling us to basically ignore realities and believe his stupid parable that life is getting better. Both political parties are corrupt and their ministers and presidents are all corrupt except President Atta Mills who was not personally corrupt but he lacked the will-power to stand against the numerous corrupt politicians that encircled him during his presidency until his death. As for the looting Don Mahama, his penchant for property grabbing is as virulent as that of thief Kuffour. It looks like all these corrupt leaders are trying to build their personal war chests for future vote buying and control of the affairs of their respective parties after their days in the seat of power. Therefore, any true man-of-God should condemn the two corrupt political parties and their leadership in equal measure but only hypocritical men can condemn one and go soft on the other! Rev. Frimpong, I beg to differ, because Dr. Otabil is doing exactly what a man of God should do. As men of God, you should be bold to speak the truth in the face of opposition no matter what. Pastors are called by God not only to preach the gospel and pray for the well-being of the nations but also to reprimand leaders who are corrupt and insensitive to the needs of their people. Even in the Holy scriptures God sent prophets to reprimand kings for their wrong doing. The pastors also feel the pinch of the economy and are also citizens. I do not understand why people think a person is partisan when he speaks about the reality on the ground. If some of you pastors will keep quiet over important issues like the economy for fear of criticism allow others to speak boldly without fear or favor. What i foresee is that if the true christians will not wake up but remain aloof to national issues, our great grand children will suffer the consequences because I do not see this corruption in government stopping any time soon. This has been going on for decades. If necessary a pastor can be a president, let's not fool ourselves that pastors have to only preach. the state of the country and the corruption call for that.

When will our pastors tell every government the truth instead of staying silence. They should be leaders and not be afraid of what the sycophants of a ruling government (NPP OR NDC) will say.
