Mahama has cut so many sods when he became the President. Let's hope this project becomes a reality.

Such massive govt projects do not work. Will be the same story of mismanagement and embezzlement and nepotism. Private businessmen should have been encouraged to own factory
I support your statement. still not late, the entire project could be sold to private men after operation for a year or so. That money could be revolved to create similar projects in the near future.
