  thats what computers are for..you should be search for names of owners when people apply for new permit..and stop any involved in business failure from starting again

  BoG is a failed institution they faild to protect the cedi which is their constitutional obligation. Spreme court shpuld sanction them. they are the course of all the problems in this country.
