  This is funny. You cannot use some money that do not belong to you and ask that it should be deducted from your pay. They have lost that chance. I hope they will politicize it soon.

  The truth is if you wanna wait for the CAP 30 you might as well die before processing completes. The officials delay CAP 30 processing unduly until the pensioner gives up. They will then find a way to claw back the benefits to themselves leaving the poor pensioner worse off. God is watching all of us

  It will be better if the procedure for processing the CAP 30 is made easy for those who qualify for it to benefit from it. It is inhuman to delay the process unduly for the benefactor to loose hope in it when the money has been earned. If it had been 'CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE' the processing will not take a week to complete.If you care you may ask Mr. WOYOME and BETTY. Pay them what is due them.
