He should not have unilaterally taken the decision to request Perry to take his 2 years leave; when they are preparing to prune their presidential candidates to 5 or so, when they are preparing to strategise for 2016 campaign and elections. Why did he not encash one year leave for Perry, give 10 or 15 days leave and let him come back. A secretary is supposed to be a folcrum on which revolves all other operational matters. A lot of hands-on experience is required in administration.

If there is anyone destroying npp, it is rather Akuffo Addo who wants everyone to worship him. I tell everyone that if Nana gets the nod again, he wont get thirty percent of the votes. Ghanians are watching him and I tell you that there is no difference between him and Prof Mills. Akufo Addo sidelined a lot of people during the 2008 elections on the bases that they didnt support his candidature. This caused some five MP to go unopposed and won their seats. Election 2012 was no different. We had a whole party machinery from Jake to Sir John openly campaging for Nana Addo against other contestants during the flag-bearer race. Nobody complained about it that time. People rallied around Nana as a thin God and did nothing to protect our votes at the polling station because once you support Nana you have your position. That indiscipline today is the reason hundred and seven MPs can abandon party rules to endorse candidature of a single individual just to protect their seats. PERSONAL PAROCHIAL INTERESTS HAVE OVERRIDDEN COMMON SENSE IN NPP TODAY. People should give Kwabena and Afoko space to manage the party so that a strong party can back Nana Addo to become the president he is seeking for. A world to the wise....

I can now conclude without any doubt that the riots and misunderstanding is absolutely as result of Kwamena Agyepong putting his personal political and security interest against the general interest of the party which he unfortunately sees nothing wrong.

We have witness troubles in almost all the parties especially within the ruling NDC which is very well known tyrant and outlaw practices where foot-soldiers violently take some executives hostage yet such is the spirit of democracy that we disagree to agree and then move on after expressing our general and individual views and misunderstandings on an issue.

Kwamena Agyepong and the newly elected executives of NPP should know that people look up to them for blameless and effective leadership and therefore expect them to show much more maturity and composure at times of political crisis as the entire country look up to them to redeem us from the hands of the criminally corrupt NDC gangsters and restrain themselves not to misbehave same as the NDC.

Kwamena, the fear of your life is not enough grounds to dismiss the security officers at the party head office. They had been there all the while at the period of the former executives under Jake without any trouble, so why now?

What else have you not tell us as your explanation sounds too elementary? Be careful not to jeopardize our chances of winning the coming 2016 elections with such diabolical selfish based interest.

Seek for advice from the party's elders and immediately re-instate the dismissed officers and probably school them through some disciplinary reforms for cordial and mutual understanding to show that our fight is not against ourselves but NDC as a common "enemy".

Psychologically, how would you feel when told on reporting for work that just go on leave right away? Is that the best way to go about it? Their supporters are giving Nana's "..all die, be die" mantra practical manifestation by these acts of hooliganism. Now, I guess we cannot take that mantra for granted.

The Nation's Security Agencies should be on full alert on the Election Day and shortly thereafter, in case Akufo-Addo loses again in 2016. This is a significant indication of what his supporters might have in store for the Nation, should the NDC win.

But given the way Nana's Camp has been antagonizing all others within the NPP, the core NPP Electorates are being divided and scattered, leaving Nana less chance to win in 2016.

Why anyone with such a grip on his ambition would fail to control disruptions of the process to achieve that goal is almost incomprehensible. If one needs the votes from certain People, one does not perpetrate divisive acts against them that would antagonize, and cause to lose those folks.

It is about time someone told Jake that he cannot tap into any brawny legacy of his father's perceived involvement in attempts to assassinate Nkrumah for bravery to extort victory in modern Politics.

Jake's replacement and that of Sir John, his co-Nana's-stooge, at the Chairmanship and the Secretariat, respectively, of the NPP were via clean democratic Elections. So, they should let Kwabena Agyapong and Afoko perform their duties in peace. If anyone thinks the new Officers are acting illegally, he or she should go to the Courts to complain. Using Machettes and Guns would not secure the Presidency for their idol repeat loser, Akufo-Addo. It takes courtship, tact, diplomacy to win over opponents in any democratic dispensation. Not crude, raw, primitive-thinking brutalities. Savagery must be divorced from NPP politics for good. The Party stands for enlightenment and Peaceful advancement.
