  The father is an armed robber. There should be a thorogh investigation. He deals in arms around the city and its neighbourhood.Get hold on him.

  Though the parents were negligent on their parental responsibilities, as a psychotherapist, l would kindly plead with the authorities to, at least suspend the father's arrest until the child is buried and the family finish their grieving process. Arresting the father at this time of the family tragedy would compound issues for the family. I would prefer that he be granted bail until all burial arrangement our over. Please, tender justice with mercy!
