If he is declared the president through a corrupt means, then I tell the people of Ghana that Mahama himself and his government will never succeed in fighting corruption.

not be quiet on this matter as those who are enjoying the corruption want you to be quiet. My only issue is that Mahama may not be the best person to deal with the corruption in Ghana as he is so entangled personally in the fruits of corruption. He is benefitting greatly so why would he stop.

If Ghanaians are to point to head of states who are corrupt in Ghana, then apart from Busia and Kufuor, Rawlings is even waste than the former two. Which president dismissed sanitary inspectors so that waste management was given to private companies which are not working well creating the current situation of people dying from all sorts of unhealthy sanitary diseases.
It was in Jerry John Rawlings era that even the Prefabricated Panel Factory that the Soviet Union donated to us was sold as a scrap. It was during is era that Ghanaians were stopped from drinking free pipe water, education, health and sanitation were all privatized for the rich to make more money on the poor in society.
Upon advise from the Breton Woods Institutions Rawlings went further to cripple agriculture. Since Ghanaian experts were replaced by so called foreign experts who knew nothing about what they were send to advice on, the Ghanaian professional became redundant during Rawlings era, not to mention the redundancy that affected thousands of public and civil servants.
We can go on and on, however the fact is that John Jerry Rawlings is corrupt and it is absurd for him to decide to enter the gutter as a hypocrite that he is to claim that another person is corrupt.
The NDC government is saying that Public Private Partnership in the economy will enable the Ghanaian, however the fact is that public private partnership has not enhanced the technological ability of the Ghanaian in Ghana Telecom, Tema Shipyard, GHAMOT, and to mention just few. As the years go by Ghanaians have become just labourers in their own country, not even depending on the fact that they are more qualified than those foreign experts. Foreign experts came down to run down the Ghana Railway Corporation. Rawlings must stop raising a ruse over corruption and is it not his so called revolution that has abolished and undermined all state institutions, and crippled them to such an extend to enable corruption.
