There would be factions before all primaries in any democratic system. This happened when JJ/Konadu and others contested Mills. Normally, parties come together again after the primaries when they have a presidential candidate, to focus on general elections. This is not new -- the problem is because Ghanaians are undisciplined things sometimes get out of hand, though in most other countries things are more amicable because they understand the system. I don't understands Ephson's logic, does not even make sense, why would people sit home when they are furious and are suffering due to the run down economy. That makes no sense.

Similarly, more than 50 million Gh. cedis was given to Gyeeda for no work done. If you talk of Sada, Isofoton and Waterville, the same is true for Mahama's initiatives. No US president has ever faced an economic crisis like President Obama in 2012. He became so unpopular even among jis own party faithful. But Obama was sure of victory because of the candidate that the opposition party was going to field. Even under those extreme economic difficulties, Obama prevailed not because of any extraordinary thing by him, but the quality of Romney his challenger. The NPP or sections of the party are not sure of their main contender, Nana Addo. They are not convinced about his qualities vis a vis President Mahama.

Obama won not because Romney was bad quality, it was because Obama was a stronger and more likable candidate, that is all. Get your facts right. People could see the economy which was run down by Bush (Republicans) improving everyday hence Obama's job approval rating and good polls. We can't say the same for Mahama and that is the problem that Mahama and NDC would face in 2016 if they don't start pulling their weight.

So some of their followers didn't go to polls to vote which has brought predicament and austerity upon NPP and the Ghanaians. The difficulty the nation is going through was due to that apathy on the part of Allan Kyeremateng's(Kuffour's) faction which paved a way for sick President Mills and greedy, bastard, good for nothing, dumb President Mahama to mess up the country's fortune.

That is a true statement of fact and meritorious. Politics for that matter and winning elections is all about numbers, and there are a lot of factors that influences these numbers. A careful interplay of those metrics is key. And each of these independent factors all contribute to arrive at a decision to either go to the ballot box and vote for a specific candidate or to stay put. Clearly, the NPP has got a lot of work to do going into 2016, and watching events critically they need to get on it now.
However, it remains to be stated unequivocally that, disrespect, castigation, vilification, insults and the casting of aspersions on the person of President John Agyekum Kufuor would guarantee a scuttling of the chances of any candidate of the NPP in 2016.

Ben only predicts evil for NPP but God will hear the prayers of the saints and the suffering people of Ghanaian and intervene to help us all.

After the disgraceful and incompetent governance which has brought great hardship to us all, our concentration should be to discourage supporters of NDC so that there can be a change for better for all of us.

Ben as usual will only see the negatives in NPP and highlight on them so that NDC faithfuls will remain hopeful and supportive of their party.

This is uncle Ben's prediction of a possible doom for NPP. We hope that Ben will also see some negatives in NDC, highlight on them and equally predict a possible doom for NDC. We know that it is difficult for Ben to predict doom for NDC but the international community and Ghanaians are all watching.
