Are we going to turn away a Ghanaian who went to Sierra Leone or have been in contact with Sierra Leoneans?

  Is he serious? Is Ghana prepared to fight this endemic which spreads like wild fire? Even developed countries where resources are readily available to counter infections are terrified of dealing with Ebola. We should panic to contain deadly situations before they get out of hand. Why? African scientists aren't getting funded to study diseases like it's done in other places. Since we are still relying on the knowledge, resources and skills of others , we should close borders.
