Can somebody tell me why Ghanaian political leaders don't seem to know what they are doing?

Securing huge loans from the world bank to buy menstrual pads for school girls, yet our clinics and hospitals are anything but clinics and hospitals.

You come across stories like this and they make you wanna go "SAY WHAAAAAT????!!!!!!".

Definitely a head-scratcher.

Who does Mahama and Ndc think they are fooling but themselves. Wait for 2016 and you will see. This is a shameful situation for Ghana. For the mean time Mahama and his ministers are only interested in their allowances, per diems and whether they have done a bad job or not to be paid lump sums when they have left office or been booted out.
