I am very much impressed about the spectacular performance of this young and enterprising man who is able to macho the management of his micro-finance company to this enviable level. The award was indeed a befitting one and would not had been given to any awardee except the CEO of DKM Diamond Micro-finance Ltd. In his response to receiving the award, he stated categorically that young graduates should desist from joining UGAG and get something to do by themselves instead of relaying absolutely on the white color jobs that are always non-existence. Bravo Mr. Delle K. Martin. Ghana need hard working people like you.
