  were arrested. Maybe he did not know that the journalist lacks Common Sense. Or is he in league with the thieves !. However,both
  should have used the term :" Acted on a tip-of". Anyway

In that case he should be given LIFE instead of getting in and out of prison and unduly disturbing the prison statistics!lol
