  i dont think NCA have little idea how subscribers are been ported against their wish,when telco agents enter into markets and port people without using id cards u are here telling Ghanians what? u beta sit up and check this irregularities and unethical portings by agents. i can tell you for a fact that the numbers u r quoting 90% were porting against their wish..if u like do a survey n see if wts am say is true or not..
