  What difference does it make if the victim is 12 or 13yrs ? She is still a minor and attending school. Aaaa yes! Yes I now understand,a pocket has been loaded some where.

  ..common sense will still tell you the girl is not 18, what is the difference between 12 & 13? dont you make mistakes yourself? the woman should go the AG for better hearing.

  The judgement passed by the judge was Biased! The judge need to go back to law school, no judgement in that case. The accused pleaded guilty, also from the statement the young girl still at primary school, that alone indicates she is a minor; therefore the confusion with the age should not be an issued. I would like to know what case law the judge applied.
  The lawyer for the child should appeal......the whole judgement is wrong, and the judge has sendi the wrong signal to the public.
  I think the case need to go back to court, the stupid man involved need to go prison.
  
  I rest my case. The judge is very stupid, the evidence provided is enough.

  God will certainly punish this judge why all these things happing in Ghana, just b,cos they are follwing atuguba gimiffour who collected $5miilion and now look at what is happing in our beloved country Ghana.
